What Can Be Returned
Unopened Coffee
Unopened bags within 14 days of delivery
Defective Products
Any defective or damaged items
Wrong Items
Items sent in error
Opened Coffee
Due to freshness and health regulations
Sale Items
Final sale items cannot be returned
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in original, unopened condition with all original packaging and tags.
How to Return an Item
Request Return Authorization

Receive RMA Number
We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
Pack Your Return
Securely package items with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid return label provided (for defective items) or ship at your expense
Refunds
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Refund Methods
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Store Credit: You may opt for store credit (includes 10% bonus)
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, grind, or product. To request an exchange:
- Contact customer service to request an exchange authorization
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the replacement item
- We'll refund the original item once received
Tip: For faster service, place your replacement order immediately and we'll refund your original order once we receive the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
What We Need
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Your order number
- Description of the damage or defect
What We'll Do
We'll review your claim and provide one of the following solutions:
- Replacement: We'll ship a replacement at no charge
- Refund: We'll issue a full refund including shipping
- Partial Refund: For minor damage, we may offer a partial refund
