Shipping Information

We take pride in getting your fresh coffee to you quickly and safely. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your coffee arrives in perfect condition.

What We Ship

  • Whole bean and ground coffee in various sizes (8oz, 12oz, 16oz, 5lb)
  • Coffee accessories and brewing equipment
  • Gift sets and sample packs

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Freshness Guarantee: We roast your coffee beans to order to ensure maximum freshness. All coffee is roasted within 48 hours of shipment.

Shipping Rates

Note: Shipping rates may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the order date. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
